Shipping

All our product prices include free delivery to all parts of mainland UK other than Scottish Highlands postcodes,  N. Ireland, Ireland, Channel Islands and other islands around UK, for which postage will be charged at cost which will be quoted to you prior to purchase.   Please contact us for a quote before purchase. 

Delivery to overseas countries will be charged at cost, please contact us for a quote before purchase.  

We use courier service for our larger items.   Smaller packages are dispatched by Royal Mail 2nd class and as such delays can occur that are beyond our control. 

Most orders if received by 12pm are dispatched the same day. 

Returns 

Thank you for purchasing our item(s) at www.dadsfarmbiochar operated by Dad’s Farm Ltd. 

In the event that you have received damaged or defective product(s), we apologise in advance and ask if possible for you to provide photo(s) and as much detail regarding the damage and send by email to info@dadsfarmbiochar.com with your contact details and phone number, or call us on 01545 561466. 

Please note:  goods that are bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements and/or perishable products in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.

Standard no-fault returns 

  1. Goods can only be returned up to 14 calendar days starting the day after delivery. 
  2. Any goods damaged during transit shall be considered within 14 calendar days after delivery and consideration to any compensation/refund due shall be solely the decision of Dad’s Farm Ltd. 
  3. For returns to be processed and refunded you need to send us an email clearly stating why the goods are being returned and express whether you wish a refund or an exchange. 
  4. Goods must be returned in full pack quantities.  No refunds will be provided on partial returns.
  5. Goods are returned at your own cost, unused and undamaged in their original packaging. 
  6. The goods remain your responsibility until the goods have been received on Dad’s Farm Ltd’s premises. 
  7. Refunds do not include delivery charges. 
  8. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. 
  9. We will endeavour to process all returns within 14 calendar days of receipt of the return.
